The New Year, Planning, Uncertainty & Leadership

As one looks into 2022, there is much fear, anxiety and a sense of insecurity, particularly for those who crave the sureness of predictability. But I think the learning that is being offered to us is about how to live in uncertainty. How do we prepare for that? And how can we be really open to the positive which may arrive in unfamiliar forms?.
